1. SELECTION

Select an item from our shop or make a special request. To do this, complete the form on the page below with as much detail as possible. The price of the item will be fixed at the time of reservation.

If at the time or redemption the price has increased you will pay the reservation price, however if the price has reduced you will pay the REDUCED price! How about that!!!!

2. PAYMENT

Purchase vouchers as and when you want. Ensure that you keep the voucher codes for when you want to redeem and purchase your reserved items. This method will also help you as friends and family can also purchase vouchers as gifts.

3. REDEEMING VOUCHER

When you decide to redeem your vouchers and complete the purchase, contact the shop by email at productplan@kidscareshop.co.uk or telephone 07831 564 626/0151 709 3727, providing your details.

We will contact you to take the voucher codes and verify them on our system. We will send out confirmation of purchase within 24 hours including delivery information.
